StarCraft Mania

We’ve been playing a lot of StarCraft this summer. Even the AOE-fanboy, Lalit (Lord_Zulu) joined us. The True_Lord, KD (OverLOrd) seriously sucks when it comes to playing against the protoss. We could beat any other tribe n-on-n but for against an all-protoss game. Bheekling and I took up the challenge of beating the Protoss without being Protoss 🙂 (OverLOrd was in initially (both as Terran and Zerg), soon got depressed even after playing as Protoss and went home for the weekend 😉
A nice game – given that Lord_Zulu is back 🙂
Time to dine!

Here‘s the .rep (I’m l’Arc~en~Ciel btw)

Anime College Life Entertainment Music

J-music

J-music = J-rock + J-pop + J-electronica; J = Japanese

I started getting interested in Jmusic when I started watching a lot of Anime. I often listed to SickOnion.com radio. It plays a great collection based on the actual popular music in Japan unlike the other anime stations (usually north-american) where the primary targets are “otakus”.

Some of the artists/bands that I liked while I was listerning to SickOnion.com are:

(not in any particular order)

Shiina Ringo – Yattsuke Shigoto

Hitomi Shimatani – Haru Machibito

Antique Cafe – Escapism

Dir en Grey – Mazohyst of Decadence, Oscure(uncut), Embryo

Janne da Arc

Tommy February6 – Lonely in Gorgeous

Koda Kumi – Ningyo Hime

Bloodthirsty Butchers – Sanzan

HiGE – Dirty na sekai (Put your head)

BUCK-TICK – Kagerou
(this is the ending-song in xxxHolic and the two girls are *cute* ^^)
more to come…

Exams are coming :(

Hmmph..
I wish I could sleep long periods of time like they show in those vampire-based animes. You get to stay awake for just about the same duration- non-stop!
Preparing for these exams can be the most boring thing you could ever do. And there’s this course called TA201 which is pure “remember-the-details-and-forget-it-the-next-day” kind of a course.
I’m currently listening to “contemporary instrumental” through internet radio. My primary desktop-OS is linux and I just stumbled upon this great app called ” streamtuner.
Coupled with amaroK it’s kick ass rocking ^_^<

gtg now, lots of lecture slides still remaining 🙁
